1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using UniAfrik, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
UniAfrik is an online platform facilitating applications to Cameroonian universities. We connect students with higher education institutions and manage the admission process digitally.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- Only one account per person is permitted
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false documents or fraudulent information
- Attempt to access accounts or restricted areas without authorization
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
- Impersonate another person
5. Documents and Applications
All submitted documents must be authentic. Submitting falsified or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action. UniAfrik reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any submitted document.
6. Admission Decisions
UniAfrik facilitates the admission process but does not make final admission decisions. Such decisions are the exclusive responsibility of the partner universities. We do not guarantee admission into any particular program.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on UniAfrik (logo, text, design, code) is the property of UniAfrik or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
UniAfrik shall not be liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the service.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, without notice. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Modifications
We may modify these terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
